I have sent an email to the New England folks with a very brief synopsis of our recent adventures. I have advised them that some of us are interested in attending their show and what a great choice GDL was for them.
I am exploring the possibility of something special being done if it would draw more of us to the show. This show is run by the fans and I have read some of the posts about it both good and questionable.
If we are all serious about tryin to go to this, then let me know and I can give them a tentative headcount and see what they may be able to offer us. Maybe some of us could pool together for rides and hotel rooms.
The one really good thing to come out of this fiasco is that we met some really incredible folks and we have made lasting friendships. I am grateful for whoever set this site up so we can stay in touch and commiserate together over all the BS.
